Week 1 Journal Entry I have been wandering around my room and pondering on what to do over the summer. I haven´t done anything interesting over the first week of summer, but talk to friends and play Wii. My parents have told me that a relative just arrived to Honduras. He is my uncle Julian, who lives in the states and has a wife and 3 kids. He talks a lot in Spanish but as soon as he learned that I spoke English he hasn´t stopped speaking in English with me. I have had a great time hearing how he feels great coming here to meet his cousins and childhood friends. He was sitting in a chair when I approached and decided to have a small chat. I started the talk by saying what subjects I like in school and he talked to me about his son Jared. He told me that he liked school as me and that he is a fast learner. His son loves music and plays violin, we talked about how music helps us concentrate and distracts us from so much work. I mentioned IB programs and he told me Jared graduated from IB. I got excited because my uncle told me it would be tough. I never thought I would get along so well with a uncle I just met. He is so happy and that makes me happy. I enjoyed his visit and am missing him since he left yesterday and I really am looking forward to his next visit. Picture of us. Below(
Week 2 Journal Entry
I have been playing in my DS Lite all week. It has entertained me because of the many variety of games it has. My friend Fuad lent me some games to play with my DS. He lent me a game by Nintendo called Mario and Luigi Partners in Time. It has a very detailed storyline narrated by the characters and a suitcase that helps you on the quest. It is played in a RPG concept or role playing game. The english part of this game is that I love to read and I love to read everything the characters say. I even read tips on weapon usage like hammers and shells.
I enjoy playing many games and I mostly enjoy RPGs. Fuad lent me other games which I played and beat completely. I am looking forward to trying to find another great game that I will enjoy. I just hope that all my vacations are as fun as this week.

Week 3 Journal Entry
I happened to be speaking with my dad of when I liked Toy Story. I even had all types of toys. For instance: Mr. Potatoe Head, Slinky Dog, Woody but not Buzz. I loved it as a kid and he suggested we go watch the 3rd movie that had just recently opened. But something was bugging me. I simply hate and despise movies with a different language than the original. Except if it was in japanese and then translated to English.
We found a movie theatre where it was playing in English. I was suddenly not feeling gloomy and sullen. We watched the movie and yes I enjoyed it. My sister cried watching it and I felt sad too in some parts but I enjoyed watching a movie from my not so far youth.

I have been playing a new game i found online. It is called Dragonica and it is a online game. It is very entertaining and includes a variety of classes to chose from. I love it because i can gain experience whilst battling huge monsters and dragons. I have grown from a warrior to a gladiator. I have just recently battled a huge dragon called Lavalon and become a myrmidon.
I love a great mmorg game. I am planning to become a better player and the english part of this week is the huge and vast amount of quests that you can take. I read every detail and learn the history of this game. I know that the game´s evil final boss is a evil witch called Paris.

Week 5 Journal Entry
I have been reading a lot lately. I have spent about 4 hours reading the official english site for my online game. I have read any fact that can help me defeat enemies. I have read about plans in the future for the game. They plan for pets to attack and defend against enemies. There is also a new class for every character. I am going to be a Destroyer and battle againsta a huge dragon. I am going to China the day after tomorrow.
Today Monday July, 5 is my birthday. I brought friends over to the house along with family members. I had a great time together with my family. I enjoyed everything my parents made for me. I will just hope to have luck over there in China. I have money to buy stuff from today and I will bring pictures of everything I have done there and eaten there. I spoke to my uncle javier in English because he loves it, proof is a photo of him with all his american friends. I also had to talk to his friend David while I talked to muy uncle.

Week 6 Journal Entry
I am here in Beijing while typing this. I was in Hong Kong a few days ago but I am on a tour through Beijing. I am visiting China with experts on the topic. My grandparents have taken me to everywhere, from huge stores to outdoor markets. People here in markets offer you things very expensive but the truth is that you can bargain it to the point of buying it at less than half the price.
I am eating everything there is here. I have to speak in english since I don't understand cantonese. It is hard to bargain but you always have to be firm. With a cheap price. Silk is expensive but you can bargain from a whole 50 dollars to a mere 10 dollars. I am brief since you can't bargain with the internet price. Photos to be added when I come back. Ps. I ate a 2 scorpions on a stick.

Week 7 Journal Entry
Since my family in Hong Kong does not have a good computer which I can work on my homework, I am doing this post now that I am back to Honduras. I spent a great week in Honk Kong, Good places and high technology. The MTR is mindblowing, there is a special card called a Patatong that makes all the traveling costs get paid by just hoverign the card through a sensor. You can fill it with money to buy things everywhere they accept it. It is awesome. I don't understand chinese so I spoke english the whole time with my family members. The sister of my great grandfather lives there and she took a lot of affection into me.
They really loved me there. They pleased me with great foods and lychee. I love Hong Kong. All the food great my family is great and I just wish I could go again soon. Since I spent much of my time shopping and sightseeing, I haven't had much time to use a computer. I have a photo of me in a shopping place called Stanley.

I have been in Shangai During this Week. It is very nice place to visit. It has a huge river that is used daily by many boats. There are many attractions here such as the pearl tower, which is a T.V. tower. Also there is something very special in this year. The Shangai 2010 expo. It is a world expo that I went to with my grandparents. It is very good and the main theme that I got to sense was helping the planet. It employs this message in various ways.
It uses highly advanced technology to show this. It is outrageously hot in Shangai. I bought many things at the expo We got out early because we wanted to explore Shangai with my grandparents. I have a uncle there he showed me an upgrade for one of my gadgets sold only in China. I also found a very good watch that is usually very expensive.English used here is the english I used to try and communicate.
